Norman is a founder partner of the Firm and is a real estate, corporate commercial lawyer with over 15 years of practice experience, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. His practice focuses on property acquisitions and development, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, probate and administration as well as cross-border transactions with an East Africa focus.
Norman advises on share and asset acquisitions and disposals and structures and negotiates joint ventures and other commercial transactions. He has advised on a variety of commercial arrangements, including banking and finance transactions, distribution, franchise and agency contracts as well as procurement contracts. He has also advised developers and owners and buyers in real estate sectors. In recent transactions Norman has further advised clients on estate planning as a paradigm shift from Wills that have in the recent past been challenged successfully in our Courts.
