Jackson is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. His practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation with particular emphasis on employment, property and land fraud, succession and intellectual property disputes. He routinely advises Companies on workforce restructuring, compliance policies and in the negotiation and drafting of individual employment, severance and settlement agreements.
